Sealing balsa edges on the catwalk

We wanted to keep these edges and corners as square as possible, so Tom did the barest of rounding necessary to accommodate the wrapping of the double bias tape around these. He rounded the top edges with a 3mm round-over router bit, and made similar radiused fillets in the bottom edges/corners.

So the catwalk grating would sit properly in the new profile created by the fillets and tapes, its bottom edge was rounded over with a 6mm round-over bit.
