Rudder Cassette Cutout

I had to cut out the slot for the rudder cassettes before taping in the rudder bulkheads, as these bulkheads must align with the forward edge of the slots. That meant a goodbye to the reinforced anchor points that were created to attach shackles and chain during the last two cyclone threats.
