After spending most of the day getting the sheer panel in place and tabbing it during the late afternoon, Judy came home and suggested a taping at night. This has previously been avoided as kamikaze insects make a mess on the tape. However as we were departing in two days for an interstate holiday, she didn’t want to leave the boat in such a fragile state. Judy decided that *I* could grind out any significant carcasses. Worried by the thought of the extra windage that this addition presented to possible build-up storms, I agreed, although I was completely buggered. Then afterwards Judy suggested we also fit the inside sheer panel and tab it in place. We just fitted it accurately, screwed it into the frames and then I fell down. All in all, a very productive day. Judy says *we* should do this more often!!
