A lot of photos of those bloody hatches

This hatch building process is unfortunately still as boring as it can get, however I need the documentation.

The large number of photos below proceed from bonding on the tripler, through to the routing out of the gutter drain. Then routing edges straight and fair, over sizing and filling for hinge mounts including on the hatch lids, sanding, bloody sanding, before applying the fillets and reinforcement tapes for the underside.

This makes both ready for reinforcement tapes to go over the gutter and associated edges.
