Aft central cleats

The third set of cleats, (from the bow) are to be located at the aft outer corner of the aft berth overheads.

I have replaced the core under the cleat location with 17mm ply and added a quadrant shaped ply doubler connecting the sheer panel and the aft bunk riser. The 17 mm aluminium plate is 100mm x 200mm and will be drilled and tapped for the cleat mounting bolts. The plate will be recessed into another quadrant shaped Duflex with its 800gram glass instead of being wrapped by a layer of 400gram double bias.
