Large monolithic panels coming out of the Z Press as we join the successive standard sheets of Duflex.
Above is David cutting out triangle supports for the 19mm ply frames which come routed completely (no joins left to cut) and placed complete with the offcut material underneath the Duflex.
Above, our son, Atticus, cutting the 4mm MDF particle board sheets (came as protective packing with the Duflex) into 100mm x 40mm “tabs” which will serve to temporarily secure the panels in position prior to taping.
