To make the boat transportable we needed to complete the aft beam and its upper unidirectional flange.
However prior to those tasks I had to complete the conduits and other internal fit-out of voids within the beam.
This post shows the engine stringer extensions fitted to the base of the beam within each hull.
The extensions were beefed up with some extra 800gsm of biaxial over the 1000gsm quad-axial and then attached with as S3 layup as shown here.
The installation was facilitated by the use of a cartridge of techniglue as reaching down into the hulls was impossible.
